Knock 'Ems
This activity will help develop your children's throwing skills with a game of homemade
'Knock 'ems'.
What you need
- Sand or dirt
- Six tins with lids (powdered milk or baby formula tins are ideal)
- Tape
- Paint or collage materials for decorating the tins
- Balls or beanbags
What to do
- Put some sand or dirt in the tins.
- Paint or decorate the tins with your children.
- Show them how to arrange the tins in a pyramid
- Throw the beanbags and count how many tins they knock down.
- Keep counting their scores as they go along.
