Noisy Animal Pairs
This can be a noisy game to play. It can be played in a party or with a group of children.
What you need
- An even number of players
- Pen
- Pieces of paper
- A cardboard box or container
What to do
- Divide the number of children by two and think of that many
animals.
- They must be animals that all the players are familiar
with, and whose sounds they know.
- Write the name of each animal on
two pieces of paper.
- Place all the animal names in a box and the
children take it in turn to draw out a name. (They must keep this a
secret.)
- As the game begins the children pretend to be the animal they
have drawn out and they must make the noise that animal makes.
- At
the same time, however, they must also listen to the others to find
the child who is making the same noise as themselves.
- The first
animal pair to find each other are the winners, but the game
continues until everyone has found their pair.
