Partners
A great ice-breaker game, perfect for parties, and fun game to be
played with the whole family.
What you need
- An even number of players
- Pieces of card
- A pencil or pen
What to do
Put on your thinking cap and try to think of as many things that go
together as you can. Here are some to get you going:
- Adam and Eve
- Knife and fork
- Bacon and eggs
- Hide and seek
- Bat and ball
- Night and day
- Batman and Robin
- Spaghetti and meatballs
- Bread and butter
- Soap and water
- Cup and saucer
- Jack and Jill
- Cats and dogs
- Hansel and Gretel
- Write down half of
each pair on one piece of card and its pair on the other.
- Shuffle up the
cards and deal them out.
- Each player receives a card.
- The players then go round the room
trying to find their partners (and meeting everyone else as they go).
- The first pair to find their mate are the winners, but the game
continues until everyone is matched.
