  • Masking or insulating tape
  • A few plastic milk or juice bottles with handles
  • Tennis or other small soft balls

What to do

  • With a Stanley knife or sharp scissors cut the bottoms off some plastic milk or juice bottles.
  • Tape over the sharp edges with some masking or insulating tape.
  • Hold the scoops by the handles and use them to catch and throw balls to your children.
  • This game is not only lots of fun but also develops your children's hand-eye coordination as they move their scoops to catch the ball.
